What the warranty covers:

MT Cases warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship for the life of the case. If a case proves to be defective in workmanship, MT Cases will, at it’s sole option, repair or replace the product with a like product.

Materials used in construction (handles and casters, etc.) are warranted to be free from defects for one year from the date of the first consumer purchase. During this period, MT Cases will, at its sole option, repair or replace defective materials.

Who the warranty protects:

This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser.

What the warranty does not cover:

1. Any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water or other acts of nature, or unauthorized product modification.
3. Repair, or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by MT Cases.
4. Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.

How to get service:

To obtain service, you will be required to provide the original dated sales slip.
